Step Two: Book Your Surgery
Once you have decided on the desired time frame for your surgery, we will work together to secure a suitable date in Dr. Antell's surgical schedule. With the aid of modern anesthesia techniques, all our procedures are outpatient, providing flexibility for your recovery. Depending on the procedure's complexity and your individual needs, we may recommend an overnight stay in New York, ensuring easy attendance at the customary post-op appointment the following day. However, even for procedures like facelifts, returning home immediately is an option. We often utilize dissolvable sutures, enabling virtual post-op care. Alternatively, many patients choose to extend their stay in New York for added convenience and comfort.
Moreover, a significant portion of the follow-up care can be seamlessly conducted through virtual appointments using platforms such as Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp. It's crucial to emphasize that each surgical plan is meticulously customized to individual circumstances.
