Simply put, Dr. Antell is a master of his craft. I had chin augmentation surgery and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. I chose to have it done under local anesthesia in his NYC office, and everything went smoothly and painlessly. And the outcome is exactly what I was hoping for: A more prominent chin that would improve my profile meaningfully but not so dramatically as to make it obvious that I had a cosmetic procedure. That requires artistry, not just technique, and Dr. Antell nailed it.
Every step throughout the entire process — from the initial consultation to the post-procedure checkups — was pleasant and informative and always made me feel at ease. I especially appreciated Dr. Antell’s engaging demeanor and willingness to answer any and all questions with thorough and thoughtful responses. And then there’s his highly skilled office support team: Amazing! They were always professional, personable, and responsive. I had Dr. Darrick Antell, located on the Upper East Side in NYC, remove a few lesions from my body 11 years ago, which ultimately turned out to be melanoma. Needless to say, this was incredibly nerve-racking, as I never imagined that four brown moles I had for years could be diagnosed as melanoma.
From start to finish, the entire process was professional, caring, and seamless. Recently, I noticed a few other lesions on my face and the back of my neck, and my first instinct was to call Dr. Antell’s office for an appointment.
Once again, they have proven to be exceptional. From the moment I called, I was treated with genuine care, professionalism, and compassion. Dr. Antell took the time to carefully evaluate the lesions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I also had the opportunity to consult with Dr. Antell about a Facelift, which I am looking forward to having this fall.
